New York Color quick dry, ‘East Village’ (color 206, $1.99)

I really like this color. I’ve been on a nail polish and nail art kick lately, and I have to say that I’m liking NYC more than some other brands. First, it’s easy to use. The brush design is fantastic, the colors dry quickly (even the normal formulas) and its mostly chip-resistant (I recommend using their top-coats, either clear or sparkly, for extra durability). Also, it’s a lot cheaper than other brands, but works just as well. NYC is usually $0.99 for regular formula, and $1.99 for quick-dry and matte or sparkle top-coat, as opposed to brands like OPI or Sally Hansen that I have found for as much as seven dollars per bottle.
